I’m slowly transitioning some of my blog’s bells and whistles from Blogger to WordPress. Today it’s Bloglovin’s turn.
If you haven’t heard of Bloglovin, it’s a free blog reader. You create a free account and then follow the blogs that you’re interested in reading. Each time new content is posted on a blog you follow, it shows up in your Bloglovin feed. You can create categories and quickly review whatever subject you want to read about in the moment — books, travel, fashion, or whatever categories you choose.
Check out Bloglovin here or find it in your phone’s app store.
After Google Reader was so rudely taken away from the world, I struggled to find an RSS reader that worked for me. I’m not 100% in love with Bloglovin’, but it does help me keep up with bloggers I follow as well as allow me to discover new (to me) blogs.
If you have an RSS reader that you love/like, please share it in the comments below.
I’ve been experimenting with Feedly. More flexibility than Bloglovin I think so far
I remember trying Feedly in the early days. Now that I’m over the initial shock, all these years later, perhaps I’ll try it again. Thanks! Being on WordPress and utilizing the Reader is helping stay in touch with other bloggers on this platform.
The reader is fine.
